Another Millennial Travel Blog

Hello world.

On July 22, 2025, we hopped on a plane to Guatemala to explore the Americas. Which countries are we visiting? Not sure. How long are we going for? Also not sure. Are we going to write about it? You betcha little lady!

Below you’ll see our general observations and mishaps, but we encourage you to read the posts in Adam & Yahm’s corners too. Click the subscribe button to get an email notification when a new post is up. Follow us on the socials. DM us and comment, we’d love to hear from you. (But please remember that we’re still people so don’t be a jerk.)

The first town we journeyed to was…

Soaking Up São Paulo, Brazil

Our journey to São Paulo began with an intensely long travel day. We flew out of Cartagena to Bogotá, which took one hour and change. Our connection in Bogotá was an hour, but we managed to quickly go through security (again) and run to the gate just in time. The longest leg of the journey…

Cartagena, Colombia: A Carnival on the Caribbean

In our post about Medellín, we shared how an eight-hour bus ride became a 13-hour ride due to factors beyond our control. Our next stop on our Colombian journey was from Medellín to Cartagena. Normally the overland route takes 11-12 hours, so even if things don’t go wrong, that would have been a very long…
